11 best Jobber Reviews alternatives
Most Jobber users think Reviews comes with their plan. It does not. It is a $39 a month add on, billed monthly only, and their own help centre says add ons are not available during a trial. It is also Google only, limited to 3 countries, and capped at 1 ask per customer every 6 months.

What sends people looking past Jobber Reviews
Each of these came from their own pages, not from our opinion.
$39 a month on top of your plan
Their help centre says Reviews can be added for $39 a month. The Marketing Suite bundle with Campaigns and Referrals is $79.
One ask per customer every 6 months
A hard cap. A garage or salon seeing customers quarterly can only ask on every other visit.
Google only
No Facebook, no Yelp, no trade directories. One destination.
US, Canada and Great Britain only
A business anywhere else cannot use it at all.
11 alternatives, in order
1. FiveStariz (our product)
$19 a month, 1 location. A free plan that sends email requests, plus a trial of everything.
Ours, at $19 a month against their $39, sending to any review site, working anywhere, with no 6 month cap. We connect to Jobber, so the job finishing can still trigger the ask. Jobber has the better trigger natively, because it already knows when the work ended.
2. TrueReview
$29 a month, paid yearly. 14 day trial with 250 free sends.
$29 a month paid yearly, and the trial includes 250 real sends. Cheaper than the add on with more than 1 destination.
3. Reviewgrower
$37 a month, free plan available. A real free plan, no texts on it.
$37 a month with a free tier and 85 or more sites read, against Jobber's single Google destination.
4. NiceJob
$75 a month. 14 day trial.
$75 a month, and it has a deep Jobber connection of its own, so the job trigger still works.
5. HiFiveStar
$39 a month. A free plan that cannot send requests.
$39 a month, the same price as the add on, with drafted replies and more destinations. Check their rating step setting.
6. Housecall Pro
$59 a month, billed yearly. 14 day trial, no card.
If you are open to changing job software, reviews are included from $59 a month rather than sold on top. Read the bit about where those reviews land first.
7. pulseM
No published price. None offered.
The best trigger in this market, firing from your dispatch system and naming the technician. No published price and it needs a field service system.
8. Reply Champion
$10 a month, 1 to 2 locations. 7 day trial, no card.
$10 a month for 50 requests. The cheapest way to beat a $39 add on.
9. Laudvi
$49 a month, 1 plan only. 14 day trial, no card.
$49 a month, 1 plan, no sales call, and a clear no on gating.
10. GatherUp
$99 a month, then $60 a location. 14 day trial.
$99 for 1 location, with monitoring across 100 or more sites. The upgrade rather than the saving.
11. GetMoreReviews
$129 a month. 14 day trial.
$129 a month. On the list only because the NFC tap badges suit a team of technicians.
How we picked these
- We read the price on each company's own website on 18 October 2026 and wrote down the date. Nothing came from a blog or a comparison article.
- Where a company publishes no price, the list says so instead of repeating a figure from somewhere else.
- We checked each one for review filtering, and we quote the vendor's own words rather than guessing.
- We left in the tools that beat us, and said what they do better.
- We put our own product first and labelled it, because hiding that would make this an advert.
Prices change. Check the vendor's own page before you decide anything.
Jobber Reviews alternatives, answered
Is Jobber Reviews included in my plan?
No. Their own help centre says "Reviews can be added to all plans in Canada, United States, and Great Britain for $39 USD per month". "Available on all plans" means available to buy. Add ons are billed monthly only and are not available while you are in a trial.
How much is the Jobber Marketing Suite?
$79 a month for Reviews, Campaigns and Referrals together. Separately the 3 cost $97, so the bundle saves $18. We read these on their help centre on 18 October 2026. Their commercial pricing pages block automated visits, so we are not quoting base plan prices.
Can Jobber send reviews to Facebook?
No. Google only, and you need a verified Google Business Profile. If Facebook or a trade directory sends you work, Jobber Reviews cannot help there.
Why can I only ask a customer every 6 months in Jobber?
It is a built in frequency cap: "Jobber only sends one review request to a given client every 6 months". It protects customers from being pestered, and it is a real limit for any trade whose customers come back more often than that.
