A small tool that does 1 job properly
FiveStariz is built by a small team who work with local businesses every day, and got tired of watching good businesses lose work to worse businesses with more reviews.
Why it is this narrow
Every review tool we looked at was selling a suite. An inbox, replies written for you, website widgets, listings, dashboards. Most of the small businesses we know use almost none of it, and pay a few hundred dollars a month for the privilege.
The part that actually changes anything is the asking. A business that asks every customer ends up with many times the reviews of one that waits to be reviewed. So we built the asking, made it careful, and left the rest alone.
What we will not add
- Review gating. We will not hide review buttons from unhappy customers, ever.
- Rewards for reviews. The message checker refuses wording that offers anything in return.
- Invented numbers. If the app cannot measure it, it says so instead of guessing.
- Fake reviews or fake testimonials. Not on your page, and not on ours.
