FiveStariz and HiFiveStar, side by side
We sell the asking. HiFiveStar sells more than that, and charges for it. Here is the difference, with the parts they win left in.
FiveStariz
From $19
a month, on our pricing page. $5 per location from 10 locations, with your own brand included.
HiFiveStar
$39 a month
Their cheapest paid plan, month to month. $28 a month if you pay a year up front.

What HiFiveStar charges
From their own pricing page on 17 October 2026.
| Plan | A month | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Forever Free | $0 | 1 location. Cannot send review requests at all. |
| Core | $39 | 1 location. Review requests start here. |
| Pro | $99 | 3 locations. |
| Growth | $179 | 10 locations. |
| Business | $249 | 25 locations. Their brand comes off the review page here. |
| Enterprise | $440 | 50 locations. |
| Unlimited | $899 | Any number of locations. |
Their page shows the yearly price by default. The monthly prices above come from the same page: $39 is in their own answers, and the rest sit in the page’s hidden data for search engines.
Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.
What HiFiveStar does that we do not
- Collect your reviews from several sites into 1 inbox
- Draft replies for you to check and post
- A reviews widget for your website
What we do differently
- Our cheapest paid plan is $19, theirs is $39
- Our free plan sends review requests by email. Theirs sends none at all
- Your own brand from $5 a location. Theirs starts at $249 a month
Which one should you buy
Pick them if you want the inbox and the drafted replies. Pick us if you want the asking done properly for half the price, with your own brand on it without paying $249 a month.
Four questions that settle it
Do you want an inbox for your reviews?
If yes, HiFiveStar or another suite. We do not have one and are not building one.
How many locations are you running?
At 1 location the gap is a few tens of dollars a month. At 25 it is thousands, because we charge $5 a location.
Who is doing the asking?
If it is a crew out on jobs, they can text a name and number in from their own phone here, with nothing installed.
Do you want to start today?
We publish the price and you can sign up. HiFiveStar will also let you start, at their price.
What moving over actually involves
- Your reviews stay where they are. They live on Google and the other review sites, not inside any tool. Nothing moves, and nothing is lost.
- Your review link does not change. We point at the same Google review page you already use.
- Bring your do not ask list. Upload the people you never want contacted, and they are blocked here too.
- Run both for a week if you like. Just make sure only 1 of them is asking a given customer, because we cannot see what another tool sent.
What you lose by leaving HiFiveStar
collect your reviews from several sites into 1 inbox, draft replies for you to check and post, a reviews widget for your website. If you use any of those every week, keep them and treat us as the asking tool instead.
FiveStariz and HiFiveStar
Is FiveStariz a HiFiveStar alternative?
For the asking, yes. Both send review requests by text and email, and both give you a review page and a QR code. We have no review inbox and nothing writes replies for you, and we say so on every page.
Which one is cheaper?
Ours. Our paid plan starts at $19 a month against their $39, or $28 if you pay for a year. For an agency the gap is wider: their brand only comes off the review page on the $249 plan, while ours is $5 per location.
What about the free plans?
Theirs cannot send a review request. Their own comparison table marks email, text and WhatsApp requests as not included on Forever Free. Ours sends unlimited email requests on the free plan, with no texts.
Is it hard to move?
There is nothing to move. Your reviews live on Google, not inside either tool. Add your business here, paste your review link, and start asking.
