Hi Sam, thanks for choosing Bright Dental! Would you leave us a quick review? app.fivestariz.com/r/8kq2 Reply STOP to opt out.
Delivered. 1 message, and up to 3 reminders that stop the moment they tap.

The default wording works, and you should still change it to sound like you. The editor shows the message as a phone would, counts what a text will cost, and refuses a few things that would get you in trouble.

What you get

How it works

See it as the customer will

The text appears in a phone frame as you type, with the character count and how many text segments it will use.

Five languages, chosen per customer

English, Spanish, German, French and Arabic. It picks the language from the request, then the person, then the location. Your own wording is never machine translated behind your back.

Rules that stop real mistakes

A message must contain the review link. It cannot offer a reward for a review. It cannot ask for 5 stars specifically. In healthcare mode it cannot mention the care.

Different wording per step

The first ask and each reminder can say different things. A reminder that repeats the first message word for word gets ignored.

Why we block some wording

Three things that get businesses in trouble

Offering a reward

Google forbids incentives for reviews. A discount for a review can cost you the whole review history, not just that one.

Asking for 5 stars

Asking for a good review rather than an honest one breaks the rules on every platform, and customers notice.

Mentioning the treatment

In healthcare, naming the care in a message is a disclosure. Blocked words are blocked, not discouraged.

The wording that does work is in our guide to asking for reviews.

Questions

Your words, answered

Can I write my own message from scratch?

Yes, every message. The only requirement is that the review link is in it, because a request without a link is a dead end.

Do you translate my wording?

No. If you write your own message we send exactly what you wrote. The 5 language defaults are there for when you have not written one.

How long should a text be?

Short. One sentence saying who you are and 1 link. Every extra line costs you taps and may cost you an extra text segment.

Try it on your own customers

Add your business, send 1 request to your own phone, and see the whole thing end to end.
