See what the asking actually did
How many were asked, how many answered, how many reviews came out of it, by location and by person.
Most review tools show you a number of reviews and leave you to guess where it came from. Analytics follows 1 chain: requests sent, links opened, review buttons tapped, reviews that appeared. When something stops working you can see which step broke.
How it works
The whole chain, not just the total
Sent, opened, tapped and reviewed, with the drop at each step. A good open rate and no taps is a different problem from nobody opening anything.
By location, by person and by source
Which branch is asking, which member of the team is asking, and whether the request went by text, email, QR code or your job software.
Pick your own period
Last 7 days up to a year. The number you see and the period you picked always match, which sounds obvious and is worth saying.
Every figure opens the list behind it
Click a number and you get the actual requests or reviews that made it, so you can check it yourself rather than trusting the summary.
We would rather say "not tracked yet"
A dashboard that invents numbers is worse than an empty one.
- No made up benchmarks. We do not tell you how you compare with "businesses like yours", because we would be guessing.
- No score out of 100. There is no single number that means anything here, so we do not print one.
- Where we cannot measure something, it says so. A figure we do not hold reads "Not tracked yet" instead of showing a zero that looks like bad news.
- An empty account shows 1 panel, not 8 charts of zeros. Until you have sent something there is nothing to chart.
Analytics, answered
Is this the same as the Reports page?
They overlap, and we are merging them. Analytics is for looking at a period and digging in. Reports is for sending a PDF or a CSV to someone else on a schedule.
Can I see which member of staff gets the most reviews?
Yes, by who sent the request. Note that it is not the same as who did the work, unless the person who did the job is the one who sent the ask.
Does it count reviews you did not ask for?
Yes, separately. Reviews that arrive on their own still show in your review list and your average, and they are kept apart from the ones a request produced.
The rest of it
Try it on your own customers
Add your business, send 1 request to your own phone, and see the whole thing end to end.
