QR codes, counter screens and cards
Ask the customer standing in front of you, with no phone number and no typing.
Print it, stick it on the counter, or put it on a card. It opens the same review page, with no app to install.
Some businesses never collect a phone number. A shop, a cafe, a salon with walk ins. Every location in FiveStariz gets its own QR code and a counter screen, so people can review you while they are still with you.
How it works
A QR code for every location
Print it for the counter, the table, the invoice or the van. It opens the same review page as a text.
A screen for a tablet
Leave a tablet at the desk. People type their number, see what they are agreeing to, and get the link.
NFC cards if you want them
A tap instead of a scan. 5 cards for $29.
Short links you can read out
Every location has a short link, so you can print it or say it on the phone.
Anywhere the customer is still happy
On the bill
Restaurants and cafes
On the counter

On the van

In person, answered
Does the QR code need an app?
No. Every modern phone camera opens it. It is a normal web page.
Can I see how many people scanned it?
You can see the requests that came from the counter screen. A plain QR scan that goes straight to your review buttons is not something any tool can count for you.
Can each location have a different code?
Yes, and each one points at that location’s own review page.
Try it on your own customers
Add your business, send 1 request to your own phone, and see the whole thing end to end.
