Nobody gets asked twice. Opt outs are kept forever.

Most businesses start here. You have years of happy customers and 11 reviews. A bulk send asks all of them, spread over days so it looks like a business getting in touch rather than a machine.

What you get

How it works

Paste a list or upload a file

A spreadsheet, a CSV, or just paste rows in. We work out which column is the name, which is the phone and which is the email.

Every row is checked before anything sends

Bad numbers, duplicates, people who opted out and anyone asked recently are all pulled out, and you see the reason for each one rather than a silent total.

Spread over days, not fired at once

You choose how many a day. Sending 2,000 texts in a minute looks like spam to carriers and to customers, so we pace it.

Stop it whenever you like

A run can be paused or cancelled part way. Anything not yet sent simply never goes.

Before you send 2,000 texts

Four things worth knowing

  • Old customers are allowed to be surprised. If someone has not heard from you in 3 years, a text out of nowhere can irritate them. Email is gentler for a very old list.
  • You need a lawful reason to text them. In most places that means they gave you the number as a customer and you are contacting them about that work.
  • Your first week will be your biggest. Expect a burst of reviews and then a steady trickle once the automations take over.
  • Start with last year, not all 7 years. Recent customers remember you and answer more often.

We cap a single run at 5,000 rows. For more than that, split it. Our guide to asking properly covers the wording.

Questions

Catching up, answered

How many can I send at once?

Up to 5,000 rows in 1 run, and you decide how many go out a day. For a bigger list, split it into runs.

What happens to rows with no phone and no email?

They are skipped and listed, so you can fix them and try again. Nothing is silently dropped.

Will this get me in trouble with the carriers?

Not if it is paced and the people are real customers. A sudden burst of thousands of texts to numbers that never bought from you is what gets a number blocked.

Try it on your own customers

Add your business, send 1 request to your own phone, and see the whole thing end to end.
