Jobber, Square, QuickBooks and Clio connect in a click. Stripe, Acuity, Calendly, Cliniko and ServiceM8 take a pasted key. Housecall Pro, Workiz, HighLevel, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mangomint, Zuper and FieldPulse use a private link.
Rules, not guesswork
Ask 2 hours after the job. Skip anything under a value. Never ask the same person twice in 6 months. Stop a whole run if something looks wrong.

It tells you when a connection breaks
If a connection stops sending, you get an alert rather than silence.
Zapier, Make, n8n or a plain webhook
If your software is not on the list, it almost certainly talks to Zapier. We publish our own Zapier app, a Make app and an n8n node, and anything at all can post to a webhook.

What if my software is not listed?
Use Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook. If your software can send an email invoice, you can also BCC us and we will read the customer out of it.
Will it ask people twice if a job is edited?
No. Each customer is asked once per rule, and there is a wait time before anyone can be asked again.
Can I see what it would do before turning it on?
Yes. Test mode logs every request it would have sent and sends nothing.
