We are opening accounts in small groups
The product is built and running. Texting in the United States needs carrier registration before we can send for everybody, so we are letting businesses in a few at a time.
What happens next
1
We write back
Usually the same day, from a person.
2
You get an account
With everything turned on for 14 days, and no card.
3
We watch the first sends with you
So the first real customer message is right.
Why not just open sign up? Because sending a text to a stranger from an unregistered number is how good tools get blocked by carriers. We would rather do it properly and let people in steadily.
