Review requests

NiceJob review

Review request software for local service businesses, with referrals and a website product alongside it.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on get.nicejob.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. The closest thing on this list to what we do, and a good product. The difference is the price and what comes bundled with it. If you want referrals and a website too, their Pro plan is fair. If you only want the asking, you are paying for the rest.
Price$75 a month
Best forA local business that wants review requests, referral campaigns and a website from 1 supplier.
Not forSomeone who wants the asking done well and nothing else on the bill.

Their Starter plan. Pro is $125 a month. Their Sites product is $99 a month plus $199 to set up. Prices change, so check get.nicejob.com before you decide.

PlanPriceWhat it covers
Starter$75Review requests by text and email.
Pro$125Adds referrals, repeat business, surveys and reply drafts.

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What NiceJob does well

  • Referral campaigns are a real product we do not have.
  • Their website product means 1 supplier for a business that wants both.
  • They publish their prices openly, which half this market does not.
  • No contract. Their page says you can cancel at any time.
  • Their own writing takes the honest line on fake reviews, and we found no gating in the product.

Where it falls short

  • The cheapest plan is $75 a month, which is 3 times our Solo plan for the same core job.
  • Reply drafts and surveys are held back for the $125 plan.
  • No free plan, only a 14 day trial.
  • There is no published price for a business with 10 locations. Ours is $5 each.

Questions

NiceJob, answered

How much is NiceJob?

Starter is $75 a month and Pro is $125 a month, read on their own pricing page on 18 October 2026. Their Sites product is $99 a month with a $199 setup fee. There is no free plan, but there is a 14 day free trial.

Is NiceJob better than FiveStariz?

For referrals and a website, yes, because we do not build those. For the asking itself we cover the same ground at a lower price, in 5 languages, with your reviews read back into 1 list. Pick on which of those you actually need.

Does NiceJob do review gating?

We found nothing on their site offering to hide unhappy customers from the review buttons, and they take a public position against fake reviews. We do not gate either, and we never will.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
