Plans and billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with everything turned on, including 50 texts, and no card needed.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop to the free plan: 1 location, your review page, your QR code and unlimited email asks. Nothing is deleted.
Are there contracts?
No. Pay monthly and stop whenever you want. Your account stays live until the end of the month you paid for.
What counts as a location?
One business address with its own review page and link. A shop with 3 branches is 3 locations.
What if I need more texts?
Add a pack of 100 texts for $2. Or connect your own Twilio account and texts cost you what Twilio charges, with no limit from us.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pro includes 3 team logins, and the per location plan has no user limit at all.
Do agencies get a different price?
The per location price is the agency price: $5 per location a month from 10 locations, with white label included. There is no separate reseller list and no setup fee.
