- Follow up with customers who have not responded.
- Google and Facebook reviews in 1 dashboard, with instant notifications.
- Replies to Google and Facebook, but only from the Essentials plan up.

What Housecall Pro charges
From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $59 | Billed yearly, $79 monthly. 1 user. Review management included. |
| Essentials | $149 | Billed yearly, $189 monthly. 5 users. Adds Premium Reviews and replies. |
| Max | $299 | Billed yearly, $329 monthly. 8 users, then $35 a month each. |

What Housecall Pro does well
- Review management is included on every plan, not sold as an add on.
- The after the job trigger is the right one, and it is already wired to the work.
- A 14 day free trial with no card, on their top plan.
- No gating. Routing is by email address and percentage, not by how happy the customer is.
- Their price list is published in full, monthly and yearly.
Where it falls short
- On Basic, a share of your reviews is sent to a review page on their domain instead of your Google listing.
- Their own example split is 40 per cent Google, 30 per cent Facebook, 30 per cent their website.
- Changing that split is a Premium Reviews feature, which means the jump from $59 to $149.
- You cannot reply to a Google review at all on the Basic plan.
- Google and Facebook only. No Yelp, no trade sites.
- Bulk requests go by email only.

Housecall Pro, answered
Does Housecall Pro include review requests?
Yes, on every plan including Basic at $59 a month billed yearly. We read the price list on 18 October 2026. What is not included on Basic is control over where the requests go, or the ability to reply to a Google review. Both arrive with Premium Reviews on Essentials at $149.
Where do Housecall Pro reviews actually go?
Their help centre explains the default. Customers with a Gmail address are sent straight to Google, and the rest are split between your Facebook page and a Housecall Pro hosted review page. Their own worked example is 40 per cent Google, 30 per cent Facebook, 30 per cent their site. You can turn that off, but only from Essentials up.
How much does it cost to reply to reviews in Housecall Pro?
Replying to Google and Facebook reviews is part of Premium Reviews, which their help centre says is on Essentials plans and above. So in practice it is the step from $59 to $149 a month, a $90 difference.
Why use FiveStariz if Housecall Pro includes reviews?
One reason: every ask we send goes to the review site you picked, all of the time. No split, no page on our domain, and replying is not held back for a higher plan. We cost $19 a month and we connect to Housecall Pro, so the job can still trigger the ask.
Want the asking done for less?
FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
