Review requests for trades

pulseM review

Review requests for home service businesses, fired automatically from the dispatch system after the technician finishes.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on pulsem.me on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. The one in this market we watch most closely in the trades, because the trigger is better than a manual send. A text that arrives with the technician's name on it, right after the job, converts. The catch is there is no price anywhere and the whole thing assumes you run dispatch software.
PriceNo published price
Best forA home service company running a field service system, that wants asks fired by job completion.
Not forA small business with no dispatch software, or one that wants to see the price.

Their pricing page does not exist. The homepage offers a demo booking only. Prices change, so check pulsem.me before you decide.

What it is

What pulseM actually does

  • Review requests triggered by job completion through the field service system.
  • Personal messages naming the technician who did the work.
  • Technician scorecards, so you can see who earns the reviews.
  • An add on called Customer Lobby for repeat business marketing.
  • They are owned by EverCommerce.

What pulseM does well

  • The technician level personalisation is the best idea in this market and we do not match it.
  • Technician scorecards turn reviews into a staff management tool.
  • The job completion trigger needs no effort from the office at all.
  • They aim squarely at our trades, so the product fits the work.

Where it falls short

  • No price. Their pricing page returns an error and the only button is to book a demo.
  • No free plan and no trial of any kind.
  • The model assumes you already run a dispatch system. Without one there is nothing to trigger from.
  • Only Google and Facebook are named, with no count of sites read.
  • Nothing on their site says either way whether negative responses are diverted.

Questions

pulseM, answered

How much does pulseM cost?

There is no published price. We checked on 18 October 2026: their pricing page returns a not found error and the homebuilt page offers only "Book A Demo". No setup fee, contract or trial is published either.

Does pulseM do review gating?

They do not say, in either direction. Their site describes analysing feedback across Google and Facebook but never explains what happens to an unhappy response. We are not going to guess, so ask them to walk you through the flow.

What is a pulseM alternative?

We are, for the asking, at $19 a month with the price published. We connect to job software so the completion can trigger the ask, which is the same idea. What we do not do is name the technician in the message or score them, and that is a real advantage of theirs.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
