Terms

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms are between TOTOSLOCAL ONE PRIVATE LIMITED ("we") and the business that uses FiveStariz ("you"). Questions: radhika@totodreammarketing.com.

What FiveStariz does

It sends review requests by text and email on your behalf, shows a review page, and reports results. You decide who gets a message.

Your duties

• Only send to people who are your real customers and who agreed to hear from you, as the law where they live requires (for example the TCPA in the US, and CASL in Canada).
• Do not offer anything in return for a review, and do not ask only for good reviews. Google and the FTC ban both. FiveStariz blocks this wording in messages.
• Never hide the review buttons from unhappy customers ("review gating"). FiveStariz always shows them.
• Do not send marketing, spam, or anything illegal, hateful or misleading.
• Keep your login safe, and tell us if someone else used it.

Opt outs

Anyone who replies STOP or unsubscribes is never contacted again from your account. You may not add them back without their new consent.

Payment

Paid plans are billed ahead each month or year through Stripe. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Text messages over your plan's amount are charged as shown on the Billing page.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We process customer details only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy. You can export or delete it.

Availability

We work to keep FiveStariz running, but we cannot promise it never stops. Phone networks and email providers can delay or block messages for reasons we do not control.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, especially for spam or messages without consent.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and account owners get an email.
