Review requests for every client, under your own brand
One login for all of them. Your logo on the review page, your name on the emails, and a client login that sees only their own locations. $5 per location a month from 10 locations.
Built for running 10 or 300 of them
Your brand on the customer side
Your logo and colour on the review page, your sending name on emails, your own link domain if you want one.
Client logins
Each client sees their own locations and nothing else. Managers can be limited to 1 location.
All locations in 1 view
Ranked, so you can see which client is actually asking and which has gone quiet.
A price you can resell
$5 per location a month, no setup fee, no per user charge, no charge per request.
Their software, connected
Every client can have their own connections, rules and wording.
Clients in other languages
The customer side runs in 5 languages, and so does the app your account managers use.
What is not white label
We would rather tell you now than have you find out in front of a client.
- The app itself still says FiveStariz when your team signs in.
- There are no branded PDF reports. The numbers live in the app, and the weekly email carries your brand.
- Review links use your link domain if you set one up, and ours if you do not.
- We do not do the work for you. This is software, not a done for you service.
From agencies
Is it properly white label?
The customer side is: your brand, your colour, your logo on the review page, your sending name on emails, and your own link domain if you set one up. The app your team signs into still says FiveStariz.
Can clients log in?
Yes. A client login sees only their own locations, and never your other clients.
What do we charge our clients?
That is up to you. You pay $5 per location a month from 10 locations, and what you resell it for is your business.
Can we use our own sending accounts?
Yes. Add your own Twilio account for texts and your own SMTP server for email, so everything comes from you.
What if a client leaves?
Remove the location at the end of the month. Their reviews are on Google and stay there. There are no exit fees.
Put your first client on it this week
Add 1 client, brand the page, and send a few requests before you decide about the rest.
