Asking is half the job. The other half is reading what people wrote and answering it. FiveStariz reads your public reviews into 1 list and marks the ones with no answer yet. The button takes you to the site that holds the review, so you reply in your own words.

What you get

How it works

One list, several sites

Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Yelp, Booking.com, Expedia, OpenTable, Airbnb, the Better Business Bureau, G2, Capterra, Amazon, Walmart, Glassdoor, the App Store and Google Play. Add a site once and it is read for you from then on.

You write the reply, we do not

The button opens the review on the site that holds it, where you answer as yourself. Nothing drafts your words and nothing posts for you.

A box for your own website

Pick a shape, copy 1 line of code, and your real reviews show on your site. There is no setting to hide the low ones, because that is gating by another name.

What people keep saying

Your reviews, private feedback and testimonials grouped into what customers praise and what they raise, with the real quotes behind every group.

How the reading works

Plainly, so there are no surprises

  • Public reviews only. We read what anyone can already see on the review site. Nothing private is touched.
  • Read through a paid provider. Review sites do not hand their reviews out freely, so the reading runs through a data provider. Which sites you can read depends on the provider you connect.
  • Never counted twice. A review that is read again updates the row it already has.
  • No replies are posted. FiveStariz has no permission to write anything on Google or anywhere else, and we are not asking for it.

Questions

Reading, answered

Does it post my reply for me?

No. It takes you to the review on the site that holds it, and you post the reply yourself. Nothing is written for you.

Which review sites can it read?

17 of them: Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Yelp, Booking.com, Expedia, OpenTable, Airbnb, the Better Business Bureau, G2, Capterra, Amazon, Walmart, Glassdoor, the App Store and Google Play. Which ones work for you depends on the provider the server reads through, and the app says plainly which ones that provider covers.

Is it included in the price?

Yes, from the Solo plan up. The free plan does not read reviews, because the reading is bought from a data provider and costs real money.

Can I hide bad reviews from the website box?

No. You can choose the shape, the theme and how many show, but not to show only the good ones. Hiding the low ones is gating, and we do not build it in any form.

Try it on your own customers

Add your business, send 1 request to your own phone, and see the whole thing end to end.
