11 best Birdeye alternatives
Birdeye is a real platform for a brand with a lot of branches. The problem most people hit is simpler than features. There is no price on their pricing page. You cannot compare them with anything without a sales call, and the form asks how many locations you have first.
Written by the team at FiveStariz. We make 1 of the 11 products below, so read our entry with that in mind. Every price was read on that company's own website on 18 October 2026.

What sends people looking past Birdeye
Each of these came from their own pages, not from our opinion.
No price, anywhere
We read their pricing page and found no number on it. To get one you give them your email, company, location count, name and mobile number.
It is priced to deploy per location
Their own wording is "pay only for what you deploy at your locations". For 1 or 2 sites that model makes no sense.
You are buying a suite, not a review tool
Listings, social, surveys, webchat, appointments, ticketing. Real products, but you pay for all of it.
No self serve signup at all
There is no way to try it and decide for yourself. Every route is a demo.
11 alternatives, in order
1. FiveStariz (our product)
$19 a month, 1 location. A free plan that sends email requests, plus a trial of everything.
Ours, and it is a much smaller product than Birdeye. For review requests it does the job at $19 a month with the price on the page. It does not do listings, social posting or webchat, so if those are why you looked at Birdeye, this is not the swap.
2. GatherUp
$99 a month, then $60 a location. 14 day trial.
The closest honest match for the review part of Birdeye, at a published $99 for 1 location or $60 a location after. Monitoring across 100 or more sites and real surveys.
3. Reputation
$80 a location a month. None mentioned.
If you genuinely need an enterprise platform, this is the one that publishes a price: $80 a location a month, with 2 higher tiers also listed. That alone makes it easier to budget than Birdeye.
4. ReviewTrackers
No published price. None mentioned.
Review data and sentiment across 100 or more sources for multi location brands. No published price either, but their anti gating position is clear and the data product is strong.
5. Semrush Local
$30 a location a month, paid yearly. 7 day trial across Semrush.
If a marketer is making the decision, this sits beside tools they already pay for. $30 a location for listing management and review replies, $60 if you also need to ask for reviews.
6. Synup
$49 a month, 1 location. 14 day trial of the Solo plan.
Listings and reviews in location bands, with a 14 day trial you can start yourself. Fine at 1 location or 25 or more, awkward at 2 or 3.
7. LocalClarity
About $16 a location a month. A trial with no length published.
The cheapest way to read and answer reviews across a lot of branches, at roughly $16 a location. It does not send requests at all, so pair it with something that does.
8. Podium
$399 a month, plus $500 a location to set up. None mentioned.
The other big suite, and it does publish plan prices at $399 and $599 a month. Worth comparing only if the messaging inbox is the point.
9. Grade.us
$99 a month, then $60 a location. 14 day trial, 3 seats.
If an agency is running this for you, their white label on your own domain is better than ours. Note that review gating ships in the product as a setting.
10. Vendasta
$99 a month minimum spend. 14 day trial.
The reseller route. An agency builds the offer on their platform and bills you. Minimum spend from $99 a month, with 1 year contracts above that tier.
11. Moz Local
$16 a month, paid yearly. No trial on any tier.
A listings tool with reviews attached, from a brand that publishes everything. $16 a month paid yearly, though review generation needs the $24 tier.
How we picked these
- We read the price on each company's own website on 18 October 2026 and wrote down the date. Nothing came from a blog or a comparison article.
- Where a company publishes no price, the list says so instead of repeating a figure from somewhere else.
- We checked each one for review filtering, and we quote the vendor's own words rather than guessing.
- We left in the tools that beat us, and said what they do better.
- We put our own product first and labelled it, because hiding that would make this an advert.
Prices change. Check the vendor's own page before you decide anything.
Birdeye alternatives, answered
How much does Birdeye cost?
They do not publish a price. We read their pricing page on 18 October 2026 and there is no figure on it, only a form and a "Get pricing" button. Numbers you find in comparison articles came from somewhere else, so we will not repeat them.
What is the best Birdeye alternative for 1 location?
A platform built for 500 branches is the wrong shape for 1. For review requests at a single site, ours is $19 a month and GatherUp is $99. Both publish the price and neither needs a call.
Which Birdeye alternative publishes its pricing?
Reputation at $80 a location, Podium at $399 a month, GatherUp at $99, Semrush Local at $30 a location, Moz Local at $16 and Synup at $49. Chatmeter, SOCi, Rio SEO, Partoo and Uberall do not, so you will be back in the same position with them.
Is Birdeye worth it?
For a brand with 200 branches and a marketing team, quite possibly. The listings and social products are real and they will set it up for you. For a single garage or clinic, you would be paying for a lot you never open.
