Vendasta review
A white label platform and marketplace for agencies, who resell review management to local businesses under their own brand.
Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on vendasta.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.
| Price | $99 a month minimum |
| Best for | An agency that wants to resell local marketing under its own brand without building anything. |
| Not for | A business that just wants reviews for its own shop. |
Starter is a $0 subscription with a $99 a month spend minimum. The 2 tiers above it carry 1 year contracts. Prices change, so check vendasta.com before you decide.

What Vendasta charges
From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 | Monthly spend minimum, $0 subscription, no contract. A $99 platform fee covers month 1. |
| Professional | $499 | Monthly spend minimum, 1 year contract, $499 platform fee. |
| Premium | $999 | Monthly spend minimum, 1 year contract, $999 platform fee. |
| Custom Enterprise | Custom | Volume pricing, 1 year contract, custom activation fee. |
Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.
What Vendasta does well
- The reseller model is genuinely complete: client CRM, white label dashboards and invoicing your own clients.
- A free 14 day trial and self serve signup on the Starter tier.
- Replies post automatically to Google and Facebook.
- The marketplace means an agency can sell more than reviews.
Where it falls short
- $499 and $999 monthly spend minimums on the main tiers, each with a 1 year contract.
- Unused minimum does not roll over. It resets every billing cycle.
- Their FAQ says there are no setup or activation charges, while the Enterprise card lists an activation fee.
- A platform fee is charged at signing on every tier.
- The whole model only works if you resell.
Vendasta and FiveStariz
We make a competing product, so read this with that in mind. Our pricing page has our side of it, in full.
Vendasta, answered
How much does Vendasta cost?
The subscription is $0 and you commit to a monthly spend instead: $99 on Starter, $499 on Professional and $999 on Premium. A platform fee matching that figure covers your first month. Professional and Premium carry 1 year contracts. We read all of this on their pricing page on 18 October 2026.
Does Vendasta do review gating?
Not on the request itself, from what they publish. The rating thresholds in Reputation AI control automatic replies rather than who gets asked. Their NPS pitch is to resolve issues before they become public, which is private feedback framing rather than a documented gate.
Is Vendasta a FiveStariz competitor?
Indirectly. We sell to the business and to agencies directly. They sell to the agency, who sells to the business. An agency choosing between us would compare our $5 a location white label against their spend minimum plus a yearly contract.
Want the asking done for less?
FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
