Grade.us review

White label review management built for marketing agencies, with review funnel pages and client reporting.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on grade.us on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. Built for agencies first, and good at that job. The thing to know before you buy is in the box: their review funnel can show a different page to happy and unhappy customers. They recommend turning that off, which tells you what they think of it too.
Price$99 a month
Best forAn agency reselling review management under its own brand, on its own domain.
Not forA single business paying $99, or anyone who wants every customer to see the review buttons.

For 1 location. Multi location is $60 a month per location. Their page says refunds are not offered. Prices change, so check grade.us before you decide.

What it is

What Grade.us actually does

  • Review funnel landing pages, requests by email and text, monitoring and reporting.
  • Full white label on your own domain, in their words "with no trace of Grade.us".
  • Sub users under your own branding, client dashboards and drip email sequences.
  • Printed material for asking in person.
  • A 14 day trial with 3 seats and unlimited review sites for monitoring.
The bill

What Grade.us charges

From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.

PlanPriceWhat it covers
Small Business$991 location.
Multi Location$60Per location, bands from 2 up to 101 or more.
AgencyCustomRequest a quote. Their own calculator shows $400 or more a month for 10 seats.
White Label Premium$440Per year. The basic white label is included free.

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What Grade.us does well

  • The white label is the real thing, on your own domain, and the basic tier costs nothing extra.
  • Agency tooling is better than ours: client dashboards, seats and drip sequences.
  • Monitoring during the trial is unlimited, which is unusual.
  • They publish the price for small business and multi location, which most agency platforms do not.
  • Their own guidance tells you to set the review threshold so every customer can post publicly.

Where it falls short

  • Review gating ships in the product. Their own words: "guiding them to a service recovery form so you can address their poor experience internally".
  • Their page says plainly "We do not offer refunds."
  • The plan cards and the comparison table use different plan names, and the table has no prices.
  • The agency price is a quote. The only figure is inside their own calculator, which is an input and not a rate.
  • Text messaging is an add on with no listed price.

Questions

Grade.us, answered

How much does Grade.us cost?

$99 a month for 1 location and $60 a month per location above that, read on their own plans page on 18 October 2026. The agency tier is quote only. White Label Premium is $440 a year, and the basic white label is included. Their page states that refunds are not offered.

Does Grade.us do review gating?

Yes, it is a setting in the product. Their own marketing describes showing a different message to customers who leave a positive or a negative rating, and sending unhappy ones to a service recovery form. To their credit, their own guidance recommends setting it so everyone can post. We never built the option.

Is Grade.us good for agencies?

Yes. It is one of the few products in this market designed for resale first, and the white label runs on your own domain. If you manage 20 client locations, their tooling is ahead of ours. The bill at $60 a location is the part to check.

What is a cheaper Grade.us alternative for agencies?

Ours is $5 per location from 10 locations with your own brand on it. For 20 client locations that is $100 a month against their $1,200. We do not have client dashboards or drip sequences, so look at what your team actually uses.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
