| Best for | A brand with dozens or hundreds of locations that wants listings, surveys and reviews scored in 1 place. |
| Not for | A single business, or a small chain watching the monthly bill. |
Rep Core, per location per month. Two higher tiers are published and Enterprise is custom. Prices change, so check reputation.com before you decide.
What Reputation actually does
- Review requests by text or email, triggered after a visit.
- Their own Reputation IQ score, listings, location pages and social publishing.
- Surveys and NPS, case ticketing, and competitive benchmarking.
- Drafted replies that read the sentiment first.
- Add ons priced on request: competitive insights, ticketing, social suite, premium sources and managed services.
What Reputation charges
From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Rep Core | $80 | Per location. Reviews plus business listings and local SEO. |
| Rep Core and Pulse | $115 | Per location. Marked most popular. Adds insights and basic surveys. |
| Rep Core and Surveys | $150 | Per location. Advanced surveys with 6 templates. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Described for 125 locations or more. |
Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.
What Reputation does well
- They publish 3 real per location prices, which Birdeye, Chatmeter and SOCi all refuse to do.
- The scoring and benchmarking across a large estate is a genuine product we have nothing like.
- Case ticketing turns a bad review into a job for someone, which is more than we do.
- No gating wording anywhere on their pages.
Where it falls short
- $80 per location per month, so a 10 branch chain pays $800 against our $50.
- Even the published tiers route through "Schedule a Meeting".
- Every add on is quote only.
- No free plan and no trial.
- Their reviews page names Google, Yelp and Facebook "and more" with no count.

Reputation, answered
How much does Reputation cost?
$80, $115 and $150 per location per month for the 3 published tiers, read on their own pricing page on 18 October 2026. Enterprise is custom and described for 125 locations or more. Every add on is priced on request.
Is Reputation worth it for a small chain?
At 3 or 4 locations you would be paying $240 to $320 a month for a platform built to score hundreds of branches. The listings and survey products are real, so the question is whether you will use them.
What is a cheaper Reputation alternative?
For review requests across many locations we are $5 per location from 10, with your own brand on it. For listings management, surveys and brand scoring, they do things we do not.
Want the asking done for less?
FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
