Listings and reviews

Moz Local review

Listings management across 90 or more directories, with review monitoring and review generation in the higher tiers.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on moz.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. The closest thing to us on price from a brand people already trust, and self serve with no demo. The catches are real though. Review generation is not in the cheapest plan, and replies only work on Google and Facebook.
Price$20 a month
Best forA business that wants its listings fixed everywhere, with review monitoring alongside.
Not forSomeone who wants review requests on the cheapest plan.

Lite, monthly, or $16 a month paid yearly. Review generation starts on the $30 plan. Prices change, so check moz.com before you decide.

What it is

What Moz Local actually does

  • Listings pushed out to 90 or more directories.
  • Local Grid, which shows your map pack ranking across a grid.
  • Review monitoring on every tier, with no site count published.
  • Review generation and replies from the Preferred plan up.
  • Social posting to Google and Facebook, then more networks on Elite.
The bill

What Moz Local charges

From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.

PlanPriceWhat it covers
Lite$20Monthly, or $16 paid yearly. Listings, Local Grid and review monitoring.
Preferred$30Monthly, or $24 paid yearly. Adds review generation and replies on Google and Facebook.
Elite$40Monthly, or $33 paid yearly. Adds Listings AI and more social posting.
EnterpriseCustomFor 50 locations or more.

On top of the plan, their page lists these:

Listings AI add on$14 a month
Reviews AI add on$10 a month

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What Moz Local does well

  • $16 a month paid yearly is below our Solo plan.
  • Fully self serve. You sign up and start, with no demo and no sales call.
  • Listings across 90 or more directories is a real product we do not have.
  • The Local Grid rank map is genuinely useful and we have nothing like it.
  • Yearly billing saves 20 per cent and the saving is printed on the card.

Where it falls short

  • Review generation is not in the $16 or $20 plan. You need Preferred at $24 or $30.
  • Replies are limited to Google and Facebook.
  • Reviews AI costs another $10 a month.
  • No trial is offered on any tier.
  • Reviews are a side module of a listings tool, not the main product.
  • The cards never say per location, so a multi site business has to ask.

Questions

Moz Local, answered

How much is Moz Local?

Lite is $20 a month or $16 paid yearly, Preferred is $30 or $24, Elite is $40 or $33. Enterprise is custom for 50 locations or more. Add ons are Listings AI at $14 a month and Reviews AI at $10. We read all of these on their pricing page on 18 October 2026.

Does Moz Local send review requests?

Only from the Preferred plan, at $24 a month paid yearly or $30 monthly. The Lite plan monitors reviews but does not ask for them. That distinction is easy to miss when comparing the headline price.

Moz Local or FiveStariz?

They are a listings tool with reviews attached, and we are a review tool. If your listings are a mess across the web, start with them. If your problem is that nobody asks your customers, start with us at $19. Their replies only reach Google and Facebook, and we read 17 sites.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
