Choose which review sites you send people to
Pick the sites that matter to your trade, put them in the order you want, and show them to everybody.
Google matters most for almost everyone. After that it depends on your trade: a dentist may want Healthgrades, a restaurant Tripadvisor, a tradesman Checkatrade. You pick the sites and the order, and every customer sees the same buttons.
How it works
Any site you like, in your order
Add the sites you care about and drag them into the order you want. The first one gets most of the taps, so put the one you need there.
One button, or a few
Some businesses want Google and nothing else, which is a perfectly good answer. Others want 3 choices so the customer uses an account they already have.
The same buttons for everyone, always
There is no setting that shows different buttons to a happy customer and an unhappy one. There is no rating step. We did not build one and we will not.
Checked when you paste it
We check the link points at a real review page on a site we recognise, so a typo does not send every customer to a dead page.
Yelp does not want to be asked
Yelp’s own content guidelines say businesses "should never ask customers to write reviews". Several review tools list Yelp as a destination anyway.
- You can add Yelp here. It is your business and your decision.
- We will tell you what their rules say rather than quietly pointing your customers at them.
- Google is fine with being asked, as long as you ask everyone and offer nothing in return.
- Industry sites vary. Check the rules of any site before you make it your main button.

Review sites, answered
Can I send unhappy customers somewhere private instead?
No. The review buttons are shown to everyone. There is a private feedback box underneath for anyone who wants to tell you something directly, and it never replaces the buttons. That is review gating, and Google forbids it.
How many review sites should I use?
One or 2 for most businesses. Every extra button is another decision for the customer, and decisions cost you reviews. Google plus 1 industry site is a good default.
Can different branches use different sites?
Yes. Each location keeps its own list and its own order, which matters if you operate in more than 1 country.
