What your customers keep saying
Your reviews sorted into 12 plain themes, so you can see the pattern instead of reading 300 reviews.
Ten reviews you can read. Three hundred you cannot. Insights groups what people wrote into 12 themes, 6 good and 6 bad, and shows which ones come up most. It is a word map, not a judgement, and it tells you which words it matched so you can disagree with it.
How it works
Six things people praise
Friendly staff, quick work, good value, quality of work, clean and tidy, and easy to book.
Six things people complain about
Waiting too long, price or billing, not kept informed, rude or unhappy staff, work not right, and hard to reach.
Every theme opens the reviews behind it
Tap a theme and read the actual reviews that put it there. If you think it matched wrongly, you can see why in a second.
Plain word matching, not a model
It looks for the phrases people really use, like "had to come back" or "more than quoted". No model is deciding how your customers feel.
Because you can check it
We could run your reviews through a model and print a confident paragraph about customer sentiment. We decided not to, for 1 reason: you would have no way of knowing whether it was true.
- You can see the matched words. Every theme lists the phrases that triggered it.
- It cannot invent a theme that nobody wrote about.
- It does not score you. It counts, and counting is something you can repeat yourself.
- It will miss things. A complaint phrased unusually will not match, and we would rather undercount than make something up.
Insights, answered
Does this use AI?
No. It matches phrases people actually write, from a list you can read. We think a number you can check beats a paragraph you cannot.
What if it puts a review in the wrong theme?
It will sometimes, and you will be able to see it has. Each theme shows the reviews behind it, so a wrong match is obvious rather than hidden inside a score.
Will it work with only a few reviews?
It will run, but it is not much use under about 20 reviews. With 10 reviews you should just read them.
