Five languages, on both sides
Your customers are asked in their language. Your team runs the app in theirs.
Asking someone for a favour in a language they do not read well is how you get ignored. FiveStariz translates the whole customer side, and the whole app, into English, Spanish, German, French and Arabic.
How it works
The whole customer side
The message, the review page, the thank you, the private form, the unsubscribe page and the reminder emails.
The whole app
Every screen your own team uses, including the emails we send them.
Arabic properly
Right to left layout, and the correct font, not a mirrored English page.
Your own words stay yours
If you write your own message, it is never quietly translated for you.
The person, then the request, then the location
- The language on the request, if you set one.
- Otherwise the language you hold for that person.
- Otherwise the location’s own language.
- A ?lang= on a shared link beats all of them, for that visit.
STOP stays STOP in every language, because carriers require that word.
Languages, answered
Can 1 business ask in 2 languages?
Yes. Language is set per customer, so the same location can ask 1 person in Spanish and the next in English.
Are the translations machine made?
They were translated and checked text by text, then tested so no message loses a name or a link.
Can you add another language?
Ask us. The groundwork is done, so adding 1 is a translation job rather than a rebuild.
Try it on your own customers
Add your business, send 1 request to your own phone, and see the whole thing end to end.
