What Weave actually does
- A VoIP phone system with hardware, 2 way texting, reminders, scheduling and payments.
- Review requests to Google, Facebook and Healthgrades, where you set the order of sites.
- Bulk texting allowances of 15,000, 3,000 and 1,500 messages a month by plan.
- Expert onboarding included with every plan, with no fee stated.
What Weave does well
- Replacing the practice phone system is a real job, and reviews come free with it.
- Deep integration with practice management software, which we do not match in healthcare.
- The texting allowances are large.
- Appointment reminders and scheduling are proper products, not add ons.
Where it falls short
- They sell review interception. Their own page says sending an unhappy patient to a review site "can be a disaster". It then says "you have the option to give patients a choice to leave a Private Review".
- Their review gating page claims they keep you compliant with Google and Yelp. Their review software page describes intercepting negative reviews. Both are on their own site.
- No plan prices at all. The only number is "starting from $199 per month".
- No trial is mentioned anywhere.
- Only 3 review sites are named.

How much does Weave cost?
Their pricing page shows 3 plans named Ultimate, Elite and Pro with no price on any of them. The only figure is "starting from $199 per month". We read this on 18 October 2026. Every plan has a "Get Pricing" button, so expect a sales call.
Does Weave do review gating?
By their own description, yes. Their customer review software page says you can "intercept many of those reviews before they happen" by offering a Private Review option. A separate page on the same site says they send non discriminatory requests. We are quoting them, not interpreting them.
What is a Weave alternative that does not gate reviews?
Ours, and that is the main reason to pick it over them. Every customer sees the review buttons, every time. We also cost $19 a month instead of $199 and up. We do not replace your phone system, which is what Weave is really for.
