SocialPilot Reviews review

The review module inside SocialPilot, with a free tier for 1 brand and a paid plan at $30 a month.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on socialpilot.co on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. Cheap, and attached to a social scheduling tool many agencies already pay for. We cannot recommend the review flow though. Their own page says ratings below average are sent to an intermediate feedback page instead of a public review site. That is review gating, written down by the vendor.

Best forAn agency already using SocialPilot for social posting that wants listings management too.
Not forAnyone who wants every customer to be able to post a public review.

Pro is $30 a month, or $25.50 a month paid yearly. The free Starter tier covers 1 brand and location. Prices change, so check socialpilot.co before you decide.

  • Review collection from Google Business Profile and Facebook, plus unnamed other platforms.

What SocialPilot Reviews charges

From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.

PlanPriceWhat it covers
StarterFreeFree for 1 brand and 1 location.
Pro, monthly$30A month. Also shown as 29 euros, 25 pounds and 47 Australian dollars.
Pro, yearly$25.50A month, saving 15 per cent.

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What SocialPilot Reviews does well

  • A free tier for 1 brand, which is rare.
  • $25.50 a month paid yearly is close to the bottom of this market.
  • Listings management to Waze and Gemini, which almost nobody else covers.
  • It sits inside a social tool, so an agency has 1 fewer login.
  • No card needed for either the free plan or the trial.

Where it falls short

  • They gate reviews, in their own words: "Ratings below average are directed to an intermediate feedback page". Those customers are not sent to a public review site.
  • The campaign asks for a rating before it shows anything, which is the structure Google's policy warns about.
  • The page does not say whether the Pro price is per location.
  • No count of supported review sites.
  • Reviews are a side module, not the product.

Questions

SocialPilot Reviews, answered

How much is SocialPilot Reviews?

There is a free Starter plan for 1 brand and location. Pro is $30 a month, or $25.50 a month paid yearly with a 15 per cent saving. We read these on their reviews page on 18 October 2026. There is a 14 day trial with no card.

Does SocialPilot do review gating?

Yes, and they describe it themselves. Their page says the campaign asks for a rating first. Satisfied customers are sent to platforms such as Google or Facebook, and "Ratings below average are directed to an intermediate feedback page". Google's policy says a business may not selectively solicit positive reviews.

What is a SocialPilot Reviews alternative that does not gate?

Ours, at $19 a month, where every customer sees the review buttons every time. ReputeMap at $19 and GatherUp at $99 also take the no gating line publicly. SocialPilot does listings and social posting, which none of those 3 do.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
