Sadakom review

A Gulf region review tool in Arabic and English, priced in Saudi riyals, with a satisfaction question before the Google ask.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on sadakom.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. Well built for its market, with Arabic first support and prices published in riyals. It does ask the customer how satisfied they are before deciding where to send them, which is gating. To their credit, their FAQ also says the customer can still post publicly afterwards if they want to.

What Sadakom does well

  • Arabic first, which matters and which we do support in our own app.
  • Prices published in local currency, with a clear ladder.
  • A 14 day trial with full features and no card.
  • A free emailed reputation report as a way to try them before signing up.
  • Their FAQ is honest that a customer who reports a problem can still post a public Google review afterwards if they choose.

Where it falls short

  • There is a satisfaction question before the Google link. Their FAQ says that after the visit they ask the customer a quick question about how satisfied they were.
  • Reporting a problem opens a private feedback form instead of the review page.
  • Google only for actual review management.
  • No free plan.
  • The Enterprise tier has no price.

Questions

Sadakom, answered

How much does Sadakom cost?

Starter is 199 Saudi riyals a month, Pro 399 riyals and Agency 999 riyals. Enterprise is custom with no price. We read these on their site on 18 October 2026. Every plan has a 14 day free trial with full features and no card.

Does Sadakom do review gating?

Yes, by their own description. Their FAQ says they ask the customer a quick satisfaction question after the visit. Positive answers go to the Google review page, and reporting a problem opens a private feedback form. They do add that the customer can still post publicly afterwards, which softens it.

Is there a Gulf review tool that does not gate?

Ours does not, and our app runs in Arabic with right to left layout. We are $19 a month. Sadakom knows its market better than we do and publishes riyal pricing, so compare on both.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
