Review requests

Reviewly review

Google only review generation by text, with the unusual trick of letting you reply from inside a text message.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on reviewly.ai on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. The reply by text idea is genuinely clever and nobody else here does it. Two things give us pause. The price is $99 a month for Google alone. Their own page also says they help write the review for the customer, which carries the same policy risk as gating.

Best forA single location business that only cares about Google and wants to answer reviews from its phone.
Not forAnyone who needs more than Google, or who wants the customer to write their own review.

Single Location, or $999 a year. Premium Location is $139 a month. Their page says refunds are not offered. Prices change, so check reviewly.ai before you decide.

What it is

What Reviewly actually does

  • Review requests by text, with physical QR and NFC review devices.
  • Real time monitoring of your Google reviews.
  • Replying to a Google review from inside a text message, without logging in anywhere.
  • A 14 day trial with no card and, in their words, no restrictions.
  • Google and nothing else, on purpose.

Single Location$99A month, or $999 a year. 500 feedback requests a month.
Premium Location$139A month, or $1,329 a year. 3,000 requests a month.

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What Reviewly does well

  • Replying to a Google review straight from a text thread is the best small idea in this market. We do not have it.
  • They are honest about being Google only, and explain why rather than padding a site count.
  • The trial has no feature restrictions.
  • Physical review devices are included in the thinking, not sold as an afterthought.

Where it falls short

  • $99 a month for 1 location and 1 review site.
  • Their page says they give the customer a draft review to copy and paste. Writing the review for the customer is the same kind of policy problem as gating.
  • Their own page says the trial either rebills you automatically or asks for a card, depending on the offer you joined on.
  • "We do not offer refunds" is printed on their site.
  • Their plan units are called feedback requests, and no gating is described either way.

Questions

Reviewly, answered

How much is Reviewly?

Single Location is $99 a month or $999 a year. Premium Location is $139 a month or $1,329 a year. We read these on their pricing page on 18 October 2026. Enterprise has no published price. There is a 14 day trial with no card, and their page states that refunds are not offered.

Does Reviewly work with sites other than Google?

No, and they say so plainly. Their FAQ asks whether they monitor or generate reviews outside Google and answers "No, and this is intentional". Their argument is that most tools cover every site and do none of them well.

Does Reviewly write the review for the customer?

Their page says it gives the customer a draft specific to the business, which they can copy and paste, and that the customer then makes it their own. We would not build that. A review in your customer's words is the only kind worth having, and platforms take a dim view of drafted ones.
