ReviewInc review

Review management for businesses of every size, plus listings and a white label tier for resellers.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on reviewinc.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. A long established product that covers the same ground as us, sold only by quote. Their own homepage promises to "route unhappy customers before they leave reviews", which is the clearest statement of review gating we found anywhere. That is the thing to weigh.
PriceNo published price
Best forA business that wants listings and reviews from 1 supplier and does not mind a sales call.
Not forAnyone who wants the price first, or anyone who will not gate reviews.

Their pricing page says "Pricing based on your needs" and notes that extra fees may apply for text campaigns and for the number of locations. Prices change, so check reviewinc.com before you decide.

What it is

What ReviewInc actually does

  • Review requests, monitoring, drafted replies, listings and widgets.
  • Plans named Monitor, Basic, Pro and Enterprise, all behind "Get a quote".
  • They serve single sites, 2 to 50 location businesses and 51 or more, plus resellers.
  • Interactive text campaigns, which they list as a possible extra fee.
  • Replies publicly or privately from 1 dashboard.

What ReviewInc does well

  • The product range is wide and they have been doing this a long time.
  • A white label reseller tier, which we only match through per location pricing.
  • Listings management and local search features we do not have.
  • They name real industry sites, including Healthgrades, Angi and Cars.com.

Where it falls short

  • No price anywhere, on any plan. Their page says pricing is based on your needs.
  • Their homepage offers to "route unhappy customers before they leave reviews". That is review gating in their own words.
  • Extra fees may apply for text campaigns and for the number of locations, with no figures.
  • No trial is mentioned.
  • No count of review sites read.

We make a competing product, so read this with that in mind. Our pricing page has our side of it, in full.

Questions

ReviewInc, answered

How much does ReviewInc cost?

They do not publish a price. We read their pricing page on 18 October 2026. All 4 plans show a quote button and the page says "Pricing based on your needs". A footnote warns that extra fees may apply for custom text campaigns and for the number of locations.

Does ReviewInc do review gating?

Their homepage lists "Route unhappy customers before they leave reviews" as a feature. They do not explain the mechanism. Those are their words, not ours, and it describes exactly what Google's policy forbids. We never built it.

What is a ReviewInc alternative with published pricing?

Ours is on the page: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10. They do listings and we do not, so compare on that as well as price.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
