What Reepli does well
- One flat price for every agent, with no tier ladder to work through.
- They are honest that Meta charges message fees, state there is no markup, and give an estimate.
- A Meta Tech Provider, using the official API rather than a workaround.
- Replying to customers is free. Only messages you start cost anything.
- Cancel any time, with no commitment.
Where it falls short
- Reviews are a small part of a bigger product, so you are paying for conversation handling you may not want.
- Google only.
- French first, which is a barrier if your team does not read French.
- The message fees are real money on top of the 79 euros.
- No free plan, and the trial is only 7 days.

How much does Reepli cost?
79 euros a month for the base subscription covering all their agents, plus 40 euros a month if you add the Instagram agent. WhatsApp message fees from Meta are on top, which they estimate at under 20 to 30 euros a month. We read these on 18 October 2026. There is a 7 day free trial.
Is Reepli a review tool?
Only partly. It is a WhatsApp assistant that handles conversations, bookings and follow ups, and asking for a Google review is 1 of its jobs. If reviews are your only problem, you are buying a lot of other machinery.
Does Reepli do review gating?
Nothing on their page describes a satisfaction step. The only wording we found was a customer saying the bot automatically asks for a review after each delivery, which is a plain trigger rather than a filter.
