Jobber Reviews review
The review request add on for Jobber, the field service software for trades.
Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on help.getjobber.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.
| Price | $39 a month |
| Best for | A Jobber customer who wants the review ask fired automatically when a job closes. |
| Not for | Anyone outside the US, Canada and Great Britain, or anyone who needs more than Google. |
On top of your Jobber plan. The Marketing Suite bundle with Campaigns and Referrals is $79 a month. Prices change, so check help.getjobber.com before you decide.
What Jobber Reviews actually does
- Asks fire when a job closes, a visit finishes or an invoice is paid in full.
- By email, text, or both. Requests between 9pm and 9am go by email only.
- Up to 2 automatic reminders, after 3 days and after 5 days, both at 1:30pm.
- One ask per client every 6 months, which is a hard cap.
- Reviews are read back into Jobber, and a reviewer is matched to a client by name.
- Replies in the product, with a drafted answer and a rewrite button.
What Jobber Reviews charges
From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Reviews on its own | $39 | Per month, on top of your plan. |
| Marketing Suite | $79 | Reviews plus Campaigns and Referrals. Saves $18 against buying all 3. |
| Campaigns on its own | $29 | Per month. |
| Referrals on its own | $29 | Per month. |
Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.
What Jobber Reviews does well
- The job completion trigger is the right one, and it is built into software the business already runs.
- It reads reviews back in and matches them to the customer record, which is genuinely clever.
- Drafted replies with tone options.
- No gating at all, and the follow up copy handles unhappy customers honestly by asking them to call.
Where it falls short
- It is a $39 a month add on, not an included feature. Their help centre says add ons are monthly only and are not available during a trial.
- Google only. No Facebook, no Yelp, no trade directories.
- US, Canada and Great Britain only.
- One ask per client every 6 months, so a garage seeing a customer quarterly can only ask every other visit.
- The text template cannot be changed without a dedicated phone number.
- No QR codes and no multi location handling documented.
Jobber Reviews and FiveStariz
We make a competing product, so read this with that in mind. Our pricing page has our side of it, in full.
Jobber Reviews, answered
Is Jobber Reviews free?
No. It is $39 a month on top of your Jobber plan. Their own help centre says "Reviews can be added to all plans in Canada, United States, and Great Britain for $39 USD per month". The same article says add ons are billed monthly only, and are not available while you are in a trial. "Available on all plans" means available to buy.
How much is the Jobber Marketing Suite?
$79 a month for Reviews, Campaigns and Referrals together. Bought separately the 3 cost $97, so the bundle saves $18. We read these on their help centre on 18 October 2026. We could not load their main pricing page, which blocks automated visits, so we are not quoting base plan prices.
Does Jobber send reviews to Facebook?
No. Google only, and you need a verified Google Business Profile. If your Facebook page or a trade directory brings you work, Jobber Reviews will not help there.
Is FiveStariz cheaper than Jobber Reviews?
Yes. We are $19 a month against their $39, we send to any review site you choose, we work anywhere, and we have no 6 month limit per customer. Jobber has the better trigger, because it sits inside the software that knows when the job finished. We connect to Jobber for the same reason.
Want the asking done for less?
FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
