Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on embedmyreviews.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.
| Price | $99 a month |
| Best for | An agency running review management for a lot of client locations. |
| Not for | A single business, which would be paying for an agency platform it cannot use. |
Flat, for unlimited clients, locations and users. There is 1 price and no tiers. Prices change, so check embedmyreviews.com before you decide.

What EmbedMyReviews charges
From their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Flat plan | $99 | A month. Unlimited clients, unlimited locations, unlimited users. |
On top of the plan, their page lists these:
| Sales audit reports, with your own AI key | $0.01 to $0.06 per report |
| Client billing through Stripe | Stripe processing plus an application fee |
Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.
What EmbedMyReviews does well
- A flat $99 a month for unlimited client locations undercuts every per location agency platform here by a wide margin.
- 67 or more review sources is 4 times what we read, and they name 10 of them.
- Billing your own clients inside the tool is a real agency feature we do not have.
- A 14 day trial with no card.
- They publish a changelog, so you can see it moving.
Where it falls short
- Nothing on the page describes the review request flow in detail, so we cannot say whether anything is filtered.
- No currency code is published, only a dollar sign.
- The sales audit tool needs you to bring your own AI key and charges per report.
- There is no self serve tier for a single business.
- The claims about agencies already using it are not something we can verify.

EmbedMyReviews, answered
How much is EmbedMyReviews?
$99 a month flat, covering unlimited clients, unlimited locations and unlimited users. We read it on their site on 18 October 2026. There is a 14 day free trial with no card required. Sales audit reports cost $0.01 to $0.06 each using your own AI key.
Is EmbedMyReviews good for agencies?
On price, better than most. A flat $99 for unlimited locations beats Grade.us at $60 a location, GatherUp at $60 and our own $5 a location once you pass about 20 client sites. Try it before you commit, because the request flow is not documented on the page.
Does EmbedMyReviews do review gating?
Their page does not say either way. It describes sending review requests, managing replies and delivering branded reports, with no mention of filtering or private feedback. We would ask them directly before putting it in front of clients.

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
