What Customer Alliance actually does
- Guest surveys and review invitations, built around a hotel or clinic stay.
- Reviews read from Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor and HolidayCheck, with more being added in their words.
- AI replies and reply templates, included from the Core plan.
- Handling reviews in 133 languages.
- Servers in Germany, which matters for European data rules.

| Pro | 257 euros | A month from, marked most popular. Plus 98 euros a month per extra unit. |

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.
What Customer Alliance does well
- Replies in 133 languages is far beyond our 5, and genuinely useful for a hotel.
- German data residency, stated plainly.
- Booking.com and HolidayCheck coverage, which almost nothing else on this list touches.
- Full guest experience surveys, not just a review ask.
- Prices published in euros with the per unit uplift shown.
Where it falls short
- Their page states "All our services and additional features come with a minimum contract duration of 12 months."
- No free plan and no trial is mentioned anywhere.
- 108 euros a month is roughly 5 times our Solo plan.
- Every price is a "starting at" figure, so the real number comes from a conversation.
- It is shaped for hospitality and healthcare, not for trades.
Customer Alliance and FiveStariz
We make a competing product, so read this with that in mind. Our pricing page has our side of it, in full.
Customer Alliance, answered
How much does Customer Alliance cost?
Core starts at 108 euros a month for 1 location, Growth at 217 euros and Pro at 257 euros. Each carries a per unit charge of 29, 78 or 98 euros a month for extra locations. We read these on their pricing page on 18 October 2026. Enterprise is quote only.
Does Customer Alliance require a contract?
Yes. Their own page says all services and additional features come with a minimum contract duration of 12 months. There is no month to month option published, and no trial is mentioned.
Is Customer Alliance right for a small business?
Probably not, unless you are a hotel or a clinic. At 108 euros a month on a 12 month commitment it is a different kind of purchase from a $19 monthly tool. For hospitality their Booking.com and Tripadvisor coverage is better than ours.
Want the asking done for less?
FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
