Review requests

Arrivala review

Review requests with a real free plan, 40 or more connected platforms, and prices published in full.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on arrivala.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. A genuinely good find. There is a free plan that stays free, the paid tiers start at $29.99, and they publish support for 40 or more platforms. The one thing we would ask about is the "Three Review Flows" feature, because a flow with a rating step in it would be gating.

What it is

What Arrivala actually does

  • Review requests, metered by how many you send each calendar month.
  • A free plan with 10 requests a month that they say will always be free.
  • Connections to 40 or more platforms, which is their published figure.
  • Paying yearly gives 2 months free on every paid tier.
  • Something they call Three Review Flows For Maximum Conversion, which the page does not describe.

What Arrivala charges

PlanPriceWhat it covers
Forever$010 review requests a month. No card needed.
Small Business$29.99A month, or $299.90 a year. 200 requests a month.
Expanding Business$59.99A month, or $599.90 a year. 1,000 requests a month.
Professional$199.99A month, or $1,999.90 a year. 10,000 requests a month.

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What Arrivala does well

  • A free plan that is permanent, not a trial, and needs no card.
  • 40 or more platforms is a published number, which most of this market avoids giving.
  • Yearly billing gives 2 months free, the same deal we offer.
  • No long term commitment and you can cancel at any time, in their own words.
  • Upgrading from free to paid is allowed at any point.

Where it falls short

  • The "Three Review Flows" feature is never explained. If 1 of those flows asks how the job went first, that is gating.
  • The free plan is capped at 10 requests a month, so it runs out fast for a busy shop.
  • Requests reset by calendar month rather than rolling, so a late sign up loses days.
  • No per location pricing is published.

Questions

Arrivala, answered

Is Arrivala really free?

There is a Forever plan at no cost with 10 review requests a month and no card needed. Their page says "yes, it's really free" and "and always will be". We read this on 18 October 2026.

How much does Arrivala cost?

Small Business is $29.99 a month or $299.90 a year, Expanding Business $59.99 or $599.90, Professional $199.99 or $1,999.90. Paying yearly gives 2 months free. Plans are separated by how many requests you send each month.

Does Arrivala do review gating?

We do not know. Their page advertises "Three Review Flows For Maximum Conversion" without describing any of them. Ask them to walk you through all 3 before you buy, and check whether any of them asks the customer how it went before showing the review buttons.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
