Testimonials and widgets

Trustmary review

Review and testimonial collection with website widgets and surveys, from Finland, with a free tier.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on trustmary.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. A testimonial and widget tool rather than a local review engine. The free tier makes it tempting, and the video collection is something we do not have. The limits are that it imports from only 6 sites and never posts a reply.
PriceNo published price
Best forA business that wants testimonials and good looking widgets on its website.
Not forA local business that needs reviews read back from many sites.

We fetched their pricing page 3 times and found no currency figure anywhere on it. The only wording is that the tool is now free. Prices change, so check trustmary.com before you decide.

What it is

What Trustmary actually does

  • Text and video testimonial collection, with a large widget library.
  • Surveys with NPS.
  • Automated importing from 6 sites, which they name exactly: Google, Facebook, G2, Capterra, Tripadvisor and Yelp.
  • Distribution by link, QR code, email, text in Europe, website embed or email signature.
  • An interface in 5 languages.

What Trustmary does well

  • Video testimonial collection, which we do not do.
  • They name their 6 import sources exactly, which is more honest than most of the counts in this market.
  • A free tier that is real.
  • CRM connections to HubSpot and Pipedrive.
  • Nothing on their site describes a rating gate.

Where it falls short

  • No price published anywhere. We checked the pricing page twice through a fetch and once with a direct request, and there is not a single currency figure in it.
  • Only 6 import sources, against 100 or more at the bigger platforms.
  • No reply posting at all.
  • Text sending is Europe only.
  • Free tier limits are not published, only the units they are counted in.

Questions

Trustmary, answered

How much does Trustmary cost?

They publish no price. On 18 October 2026 we read their pricing page twice through a fetch and once directly, and there is no currency figure in the page at all. The only plan wording is "the best testimonial tool, now free". Figures in third party articles range from $59 to $463 a month, which is why we will not quote any of them.

How many sites does Trustmary import from?

Six, and they state them exactly: Google, Facebook, G2, Capterra, Tripadvisor and Yelp. Everything else has to come in by spreadsheet or by hand.

Trustmary or FiveStariz?

If you want testimonials and widgets on your website, including video, take a look at them. If you want customers asked by text after a job and their public reviews read back from 17 sites, that is us at $19 a month.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
