What Thryv actually does
- Review request email campaigns, plus a free review request link for your Google listing.
- Reading and replying to Google and Facebook reviews inside the product.
- Drafted replies, and a human review acknowledgement service on the 2 higher packages.
- First party reviews collected through their client portal, held for 7 days before publishing.
- CRM, scheduling, invoicing, payments and listings around all of it.

What Thryv does well
- The feature list genuinely covers requests, monitoring, replies and drafts.
- A human service that answers your reviews for you, on the higher packages.
- It replaces several tools at once, which is worth something.
- Nothing in their help documents describes a star rating gate on Google reviews.
Where it falls short
- thryv.com returns an error to every automated request, so we could only read prices from their account portal.
- Their own pages quote the marketing side at $199, $244, $255 and $399 in different places.
- A $250 onboarding fee and a $9 a month support fee on top.
- You cannot tell from their website which package contains review management. Their help article says to contact them and ask.
- Replies work on Google, Facebook and their own portal only. Their help centre says plainly that "review responses are not available for other sites".
- Yelp and Tripadvisor are shown but you have to click out to reply, and Yelp wants you to be a paying advertiser.

How much does Thryv cost?
We read these on account.thryv.com on 18 October 2026. The figures we can stand behind are $228, $382 and $533 a month. The 6 month terms are $1,299.60, $2,177.40 and $3,038.10. On top of that their own pages state a $250 one time onboarding fee and a $9 a month service and support fee. Their main pricing page blocks us, and their other pages disagree with each other.
Which Thryv plan includes review management?
We could not work it out from their site, and that is the honest answer. One help article says it is in "select Business Center accounts". Their product table puts it in Marketing Center on both Plus and Professional. Their upgrade page lists the review service only on Professional and Unlimited.
Does Thryv do review gating?
Not that we can show. The only filtering we could verify is a 7 day hold on first party reviews in their own client portal. That gives a business a window to stop one publishing there. Nothing in their help documents describes screening people before a Google review, so we will not claim it.
What is a cheaper Thryv alternative for reviews?
We are $19 a month with no onboarding fee and no support fee. Thryv also runs your CRM, scheduling and invoicing, and we do none of that. If you already pay for Thryv, use what you have. If you are buying it for the reviews, you are spending about 12 times as much.
