ServiceTitan review
Enterprise field service software for bigger contractors, with reviews inside the paid Marketing Pro bundle.
Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on servicetitan.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.
| Price | No published price |
| Best for | A large residential contractor already running ServiceTitan. |
| Not for | Any business comparing review tools on price. |
Neither the base platform nor the Marketing Pro bundle has a published price. Both are demo only. Prices change, so check servicetitan.com before you decide.
What ServiceTitan actually does
- Review requests by text and email, triggered on job completion or by hand.
- Google and Facebook reviews read back in, with Yelp partly working.
- Matching a review to the technician who did the work, which is a real strength.
- Listings across 60 or more sites, which is listings and not review reading.
- Alerts routed to different people based on the star rating.
What ServiceTitan does well
- Matching reviews to technicians, with insights on who earns the most good ones. We do not have that.
- It sits inside the software that dispatches the job, so the trigger is exact.
- Listings management across 60 or more sites.
- Alert routing by star rating is useful for a big team.
Where it falls short
- No price for anything. Marketing Pro is sold as 1 bundle through a demo or your account manager.
- Their own FAQ describes turning on internal feedback, where customers see smiley faces and can then choose to post on Google. That is a rating step before the review ask.
- Requests only go to the customer profile, not the service address, which is wrong for a landlord or property manager.
- Only 1 channel per business unit. Email or text, not both.
- Yelp is close to useless: 3 reviews show at a time and you cannot reply.
- Their own documentation recommends manual asks as well, to make sure every customer is reached.
ServiceTitan and FiveStariz
We make a competing product, so read this with that in mind. Our pricing page has our side of it, in full.

How much does ServiceTitan Marketing Pro cost?
There is no published price. We read their Marketing Pro page and help centre on 18 October 2026 and found only "Get Demo" and "Contact Sales". Their help centre says Marketing Pro includes all 3 components and is sold as 1 package, and that account configuration is required. Figures circulating in blogs are estimates by their own authors, so we will not repeat them.
Does ServiceTitan do review gating?
In substance, yes, though they never use the word. Their reputation FAQ describes internal feedback: the customer sees smiley face ratings, can leave an internal comment, and can then choose to post a review on Google. That is a satisfaction question before the Google link. Their documents do not say low raters are blocked.
Is FiveStariz a ServiceTitan alternative?
Not for the field service software, no. For the review asking it is, at $19 a month with the price on the page, and with no rating step in front of the review buttons. A contractor who has already bought Marketing Pro should use it.
Want the asking done for less?
FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
