Review management

Reviewflowz review

Review monitoring, alerting and AI replies from France, with separate products for software firms and tour operators.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on reviewflowz.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. Built by people who understand alerting. Slack and Teams notifications, app store reviews and a dedicated product for tour operators are all things we do not touch. For a plumber it is expensive at $45 a location, and the pricing page does not say whether the figures are monthly or yearly.
Price$45 per location
Best forA software company, hotel or tour operator that wants review alerts in Slack and replies drafted.
Not forA single trade business comparing on price.

Pro, per location. Premium is $70 per location. Their page has a yearly toggle but never labels which period the prices belong to. Prices change, so check reviewflowz.com before you decide.

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What Reviewflowz does well

  • Alerting into Slack, Teams and webhooks is properly built and we have nothing like it.
  • Unlimited AI replies at no extra charge on both main plans, with approval control.
  • App store review monitoring, plus travel sites most tools ignore.
  • Star rating filters exist on notifications only, not on who gets asked. That is the right place for them.

Where it falls short

  • The pricing page has a monthly and yearly toggle but never says which period the shown prices apply to.
  • $45 per location is about 9 times our per location rate.
  • An "advanced review balancing engine" is listed on 2 plans and never explained.
  • No free plan.
  • No published count of review sites.

Questions

Reviewflowz, answered

How much is Reviewflowz?

Pro is $45 per location a month and Premium is $70 per location. Their software product is $35 per review profile, and the tour operator plan is $200 a month for up to 5 tours plus $10 for each extra one. We read these on 18 October 2026. Their page does not make clear whether the figures are the monthly or the yearly rate.

Does Reviewflowz do review gating?

No, from what they publish. The star rating filters in the product apply to notifications, so you can be alerted about 1 star reviews. That is filtering what reaches you, not filtering who may post. We think that is a reasonable thing to build.

Is Reviewflowz good for a local business?

It is aimed more at software firms, hotels and tour operators. For a single trade business the alerting is lovely and the price is high. We are $19 a month and do the asking better, but we have no Slack alerts and no app store coverage.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
