- A genuine free forever plan, not a trial.
- Unlimited users on the paid plans. We charge per plan, not per seat, but many rivals charge per user.
- Webchat and texting in the same tool as the review asks.
- Nothing on their page describes routing unhappy customers privately.
Where it falls short
- The step from free to $149 a month is the steepest in this market.
- Their pricing page lists Business and Business Pro at the same $149, which cannot both be right.
- The free plan is 1 user only.

There is a Starter plan at $0 labelled free forever, for 1 user. We read it on their pricing page on 18 October 2026. The next plan up is $149 a month, or $127 paid yearly.
How much does Chekkit cost?
Free for 1 user, then $149 a month for unlimited users, with a Business AI plan at $249. Voice minutes are $39 or $69 a month on top. Their page shows Business and Business Pro at the same $149, which looks like an error on their side.

If free for 1 user covers you, take their free plan. If you outgrow it, $149 against our $19 is the comparison, and we do not do webchat. For 10 locations we are $5 each.
