Local marketing suite

Broadly review

An all in one local marketing suite with an AI receptionist, a website, listings and review requests inside it.

Written by the team at FiveStariz, who sell a competing product. Every number here was read on broadly.com on 18 October 2026. We say where they beat us.

The short answer. A big suite for a business that wants to hand over its marketing. Review requests are 1 line item in a bill that starts at $399 a month plus $350 to set up. If the asking is your only problem, this is 20 times the price of fixing it.
Price$399 a month

Ours, for the same job: $19 for 1 location, $29 with a team, $5 per location from 10 with your own brand on it.

What Broadly does well

  • The AI receptionist and missed call text back are real products, and we do not build anything like them.
  • A website in a week, included.
  • They publish their plan prices, which most suites at this size do not.
  • No long term contract. You can cancel and unused annual months are refunded.

Where it falls short

  • $399 a month before the $350 setup fee.
  • Their own page contradicts itself. The AI Workforce FAQ says there are no setup fees while 3 plans each list $350 onboarding.
  • "Get Started For Free" buttons with no trial length or terms published.
  • The voice receptionist is capped at 300 minutes a month, then about 10 cents a minute.
  • No review source count published. The 70 or more figure is listings, not reviews.

Questions

Broadly, answered

How much does Broadly cost?

Standard is $399 a month, Pro $699 and Premium $999, each plus a $350 onboarding fee. There is also an AI Workforce package at $799 a month. We read all of these on their own pricing page on 18 October 2026.

Does Broadly charge a setup fee?

Their plan cards list $350 for onboarding and setup on Standard, Pro and Premium. The FAQ on the same page says Broadly has no setup fees or hidden charges. Those 2 statements cannot both be true, so ask before you sign.

What is a cheaper Broadly alternative?

If you only want the review asking, we are $19 a month with no setup fee. Broadly answers your phone, builds your website and runs your listings, and we do none of that. The honest question is how much of the suite you would actually use.

Want the asking done for less?

FiveStariz is $19 a month, the price is on the page, and there is no setup fee.
