What reviews do for medical clinics

Patients choose on reviews and distance

Most people compare a few nearby clinics and go with the one that reads best.

Staff cannot chase reviews

Clinic days are full. The ask has to happen by itself or it will not happen.

Privacy comes first

Healthcare mode keeps care words out of messages and strips detail from the log.

In practice

Set up for medical clinics

  • The right word. FiveStariz says patient, not customer, everywhere it should.
  • The right moment. The same evening, or the next morning for an early appointment.
  • Your software. Cliniko, Acuity, Calendly and any system through Zapier or a webhook.
  • The sites that count. Put up to 3 of them on your review page, in your order.

Questions

Medical clinics, answered

Do you handle protected health information?

FiveStariz only needs a first name and a phone number or email. Healthcare mode adds a BAA, a cleaned up log and automatic removal of old contacts.

Can we turn off texting and use email only?

Yes. Each location can send by text, email, or whichever one the patient has.

What about patients who do not speak English?

Set their language, or the location’s, and the message and review page switch to it. English, Spanish, German, French and Arabic are built in.
